A. Refunds are only available via email before the purchased items are delivered. Referrals cannot be processed once the plan set of documents has been dispatched. Additionally, refunds are not possible for orders of a cost-to-build report or standard plan optimization services, as our experts commence work immediately upon receipt of the order.

A. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic. Each party now submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objections to the venue or forum.

B. In any legal action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

C. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties concerning its subject matter and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral. Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to specific transactions or agreements with PXL Home, and these other terms are incorporated into and supplement this Agreement.

D. No waiver by PXL Home of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, and no waiver shall be valid unless in writing and signed by PXL Home. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without PXL Home’s prior written consent. Headings are for convenience only and do not define or explain any provisions. This Agreement is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and assigns.
