Refund Eligibility

B. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Plan Purchase: If you mistakenly buy the incorrect plan, we will assist you in finding and selecting a more suitable plan. Should the new plan be less expensive than your original purchase, we will refund the price difference.
  • Payment Errors: If there is an accidental overpayment or other payment mistake, we will refund the excess amount.

C. Please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through PXL Home.
  • To request a refund, contact our customer support team at info@pxl-home.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear in your account.
